Customized pneumatic tube systems for the fast and reasonable transport

Pneumatic tube system for the transport of documents and samples in a papermill in Germany:

Within a short construction period the system was installed on partly hard conditions. Outside of the plant the tubes were installed on special supply alignments. Different conditions up to 40 degrees at the paper machines as well as chemical areas inside the building had to be passed.

The transport of samples is effected in special and convenient insets for
Ø160 mm tubes. The incoming carriers are emitted on individual laboratory table stations in the laboratory. The empty carriers are sent back in separate stations to the carrier-return-unit and transmitted transponder controlled to the dispatch address.
The internal transport of documents is effected absolutely independent in Ø 110 mm lines.
